Delivery Information
What areas do you deliver to?
Delivery areas include mainland UK addresses, Northern Ireland, BFPO, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man or the Scilly Isles addresses. Please note that if the £5 Courier delivery option is chosen for Northern Ireland, BFPO, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or the Isle of Wight addresses then it will not be sent out by Courier, but by Royal Mail Special Delivery service. We reserve the right to change the areas to which we deliver without notice.
Is there a delivery charge?
Standard Delivery is free of charge and your order will be dispatched next working day. Please allow 3 days for your order to arrive. Standard Delivery is sent by Royal Mail, First Class.
Courier Delivery costs £5 and if your order is placed before 2pm it will be dispatched the same day and will arrive on the next working day. Custom delivery is dispatched using the Interlink Express Courier Delivery service which is insured.
Saturday Signed For Delivery costs £7.50. Your order will be dispatched on Friday if it is placed before 2pm and will arrive on Saturday before 1.00pm. Saturday delivery is dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery service which is insured and needs to be signed for on receipt.
How soon is my order delivered?
Orders placed will be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 2pm.
Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive if sent via First Class. Courier Delivery will arrive the following working day and Saturday Signed For Delivery will arrive the following Saturday.
